Rao Telidevara - Chairman & President
Rao Telidevara holds an MBA from the Cox School of Business and an MS in Computer Science from Colorado State University. A former IBMer, he has 22 years of experience in providing business solutions and IT outsourcing. Rao holds the honor of spearheading the first offshore project for a Tier-1 company from India in early '90s. He is the promoter and founding director of VisualSoft Technologies, Limited, a publicly listed company. He is also the proud recipient of Best Entrepreneur Award from ATA in July 2000.

Dr. Ron Hellstern
Dr. Hellstern is the founder and current Chairman of MedicalEdge Healthcare Group, Inc. He has been a board certified emergency physician and a Board Examiner for the American Board of Emergency Medicine. Dr. Hellstern practiced emergency medicine for 28 years and has been the Medical Director in more than 25 emergency departments. Dr. Hellstern's physician executive experience includes serving as the Texas Regional Medical Director for Physicians Placement Group, Inc., the predecessor to Spectrum Emergency Services, Inc.; the co-founder and CEO of Primacare Medical Centers, Inc., a 16-unit urgent/convenience care network in Dallas-Fort Worth; and CEO of Metroplex Emergency Physician Associates, P.A. ("MEPA"), a 23-hospital emergency department contract physician services provider which was sold to EmCare, Inc. in March of 1998. MEHG, the successor to MEPA, has been actively engaged in medical practice development and management since 1994. Ron is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a recipient of the James D. Mills Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Field of Emergency Medicine, the highest award bestowed by ACEP upon a non-elected official. Dr. Hellstern received his bachelor's and medical degrees with honors from the University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri, the latter in 1971. He completed post-graduate training years in both internal medicine and general surgery. He is a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha and a past President of Texas ACEP.
Dr. Shantaram Darbe
Dr. Shantaram Darbe is the founder and current Chairman of Psychiatry Associates Inc., Oklahoma, and is a board certified Psychiatrist/ Neurologist. Dr. Darbe has been practicing medicine for over two decades, and runs a large healthcare practice and several nursing homes in Oklahoma City. Dr. Darbe is a well known public speaker in the medical industry, has held many medical executive positions, and is on many boards in Healthcare technologies companies. Dr. Darbe has been associated with VisualSoft, Inc/ Qatalys, Inc. since 1997. Dr. Darbe holds undergraduate medical degree from Rangaraya Medical College, India and MD from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
