Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst.

This is a client facing role responsible for reviewing the business needs and designing, implementing and supporting CRM applications of company clients. The successful candidate must demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile for the team's success. They will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, be detail oriented. 
The best candidate for the role would have the following skills:
Skills
2 to 5 years consulting experience in business applications with focus on business modeling and software implementation. 

Demonstrated ability to:
Analyze and understand business problems.
Model data and processes.
Conduct workshops.

Familiar and experienced in:
Core application functionality
Implementation Methodology – Some use and knowledge of Microsoft SureStep
Application technology stack
Related Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server.

  • Industry Knowledge
      Microsoft CRM certifications, (e.g. application, customization and configuration), a plus.
    Position Description:
    - Lead and/or participate in analysis session with clients to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations.
    - Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and provide
    - Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    - Design and write specifications for CRM customization to meet customer requirements  to be implemented by team members doing CRM coding.
    - Perform data migration analysis and planning for design purposes.
    Basic Qualifications
    - 3-5 years experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce.com, SalesLogix, or Pivotal) required
    - Knowledge of and proficiency with the native configuration and customization tools exposed from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
    - Strong conceptual, analytic and problem solving skills
    - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines
    - Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm
    Preferred Qualifications 
    - MS Dynamics CRM software experience
    - Experience with Scribe or similar data integration tools
    - Experience with Agile methodologies a plus
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to work as an effective member of a team
    - Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment
    - Willingness for to be located in client’s city during project
