Microsoft Dynamics CRM Specialist

Qualification — B.E. (any discipline), M.C.A., B.Sc. (CS, Electronics, IT), M.Sc. (CS, Electronics, IT)
Experience — 3-5years
Location — Chennai

Role

  • Analyze customer requirements and assess CRM implementation landscape
  • Conduct customization, work flow development, dialogue box development
  • Integrate CRM with other in-house applications
  • Implement full scale Service module along with Sales module
  • Should lead and manage CRM engagements from a technical stand point
  • Should be single point of contact for CRM
  • Lead and mentor other CRM resources both in-house and at customer sites
  • Should write validations using Javascript and plug-ins
  • Migrate previous generation MS CRM or other CRM products in the market to MS CRM 2011

Skills

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM with XRM skills
  • Javascript
  • .Net framework and programming
  • SQL Server and/or other RDBMS with T-SQL or PL/SQL skills
  • Good to have Syspro ERP and E.Net skills
